Shanxi Jinfeng  Biotechnology  Co.,  Ltd. was established on  October 30, 2012, with a   registered capital of 30 million yuan and a land area of over 150 acres. Located in Xucun,   Tuisha Office, Huozhou City, the company is a technology-driven enterprise specialising   in  the  R&D,  production,  sales,  and  end-user  services  of  mineral-derived  humic  acid   fertiliser products.

Since  its  inception  in  2012,  adhering  to  the  business   philosophy  of  “Quality   First,   Reputation Foremost, Technological Innovation, and Premium Service”, the company has   continuously expanded its product range, increased production capacity, and grown its   sales market year by year. The company has developed and produced a series of fertiliser   brands, including Zhongzhen, Xiaorui, Mojing, Yili, Huozhou Zhifu, Zhou Xiaoshou, and   Huangjialong, covering organic fertilisers, bio-organic fertilisers, microbial agents, blended   fertilisers, compound fertilisers, and water-soluble fertilisers. Among these, the organic   and   bio-organic   fertilisers   have   obtained   organic   agricultural   production   material   evaluation certificates.

The  company  also  possesses  the  capability  to  analyse  raw  materials,  test  finished   fertilisers,  and  assess  soil  nutrients,  providing  farmers  with  soil  testing  and  formula   consultation services. Currently, the annual production capacity reaches 150,000 tonnes   of granular organic fertiliser and 100,000 tonnes of powdered organic fertiliser, placing the   company  among  the  top  enterprises   in  the  industry   nationwide.  While  serving  the   domestic market, the company is also expanding its overseas presence through its sales   network.

To standardise corporate management, Jinfeng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. completed ISO

9001:2015 Quality Management System certification and GB/T 28001-2011 Occupational   Health and Safety Management System certification as early as 2018. It also obtained the   national industrial production licence for organic-inorganic compound fertilisers, laying a   solid foundation for corporate transformation and upgrading.

While pursuing growth, the company’s leadership has integrated scientific technology into   production management. To date, the company has acquired nine utility model patents,   two computer software copyrights, and two invention patents (with one more under public   review).  In  2019,  the   company  was   recognised  as   a  “Small-to-Medium   Enterprise   Upgrading to Scale” industrial enterprise. Later, in 2020, it was certified as a High-Tech   Enterprise in Shanxi Province and designated as a “Specialised, Refined, Distinctive, and   Innovative” (SRDI) Enterprise (both qualifications have passed subsequent reviews). The   same year,  it joined the Organic  Fertiliser Branch of the China Agricultural  Means of   Production  Circulation  Association.  In  July  2022,  it  was  recognised  as  a  “Corporate   Technology Centre” by Linfen City. In September 2022, the Communist Party Branch of  Shanxi Jinfeng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was established, and the company was named a   “Gazelle Enterprise” by the Shanxi Federation of Industry and Commerce. In April 2023, it

was  awarded  “Outstanding  Tax-Compliance  Enterprise”  by  the  Huozhou  Tax  Bureau   under the State Taxation Administration. In November 2023, it was recognised as a Key   Leading Enterprise in Agricultural Industrialisation in Linfen City. Finally, in August 2024,   the company achieved  Grade A certification  in the  integration of industrialisation and   informatisation management systems.
