In the agricultural heartlands of Latin America—where sprawling soybean farms in Brazil fuel global supply chains, and Mexican orchards yield premium fruits—and the sun-baked fields of the Middle East, where Jordanian olive groves and Saudi Arabian date plantations blend tradition with innovation, one brand has emerged as a catalyst for agricultural success: JINFENG-SIRO. As a global pioneer in humic substances and eco-friendly pesticides, we have established a trusted presence in these high-growth regions, earning the loyalty of thousands of farmers. Now, we are accelerating our expansion and seeking dynamic, purpose-driven Marketing professionals to join our team and shape the future of agriculture in Latin America and the Middle East.
At JINFENG-SIRO, we believe agriculture is more than a business—it’s a mission to empower farmers, enhance food security, and promote sustainable practices. Our Siro product line, renowned for its efficacy and environmental safety, has addressed critical challenges for local farmers: from boosting soil fertility in Argentina’s nutrient-depleted lands to developing drought-resistant solutions for the Middle East’s arid climates. Our success stems from a simple principle: combining global innovation with deep local insights. As a member of our marketing team, you will be the link between our cutting-edge products and the farmers who rely on them, turning insights into impact and brand awareness into lasting trust.
We are currently recruiting for two key roles to cover our priority markets: Marketing Specialists and Regional Marketing Managers, with dedicated focus on:
- Latin America (Brazil, Argentina, Mexico)
- Middle East (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Jordan)
These roles are pivotal to our expansion, requiring a unique blend of creative strategy, local market expertise, and a passion for agricultural impact.
-
Develop Region-Tailored Marketing StrategiesYou will dive deep into local agricultural trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to design targeted campaigns. For Latin America, this might mean creating digital content for Brazil’s tech-savvy young farmers or organizing on-the-ground workshops for Argentina’s cooperative-led farming communities. In the Middle East, you could craft initiatives that highlight our water-saving products for UAE’s sustainable agriculture sector or partner with local influencers to showcase our date-farming solutions in Saudi Arabia. Every strategy will be rooted in local needs, ensuring our brand resonates authentically.
-
Build and Nurture Local PartnershipsSuccess in these regions hinges on strong relationships. You will collaborate with key stakeholders—local distributors, agricultural associations, research institutions, and farmer cooperatives—to amplify our brand reach. For example, our Latin American team recently partnered with Argentina’s National Agricultural Federation to host 12 product demonstration events, reaching 5,000+ farmers and driving a 40% sales increase in three months. You will lead such partnership initiatives, turning allies into brand advocates.
-
Drive Data-Driven OptimizationYou will track campaign performance using both quantitative metrics (sales growth, digital engagement, event attendance) and qualitative feedback (farmer surveys, distributor insights). This data will inform strategy refinements, ensuring we stay ahead of market shifts—whether adapting to new pest outbreaks in Mexico or aligning with the Middle East’s growing demand for organic certification. Your work will directly shape our market position and expansion trajectory.
To thrive in these roles, you will bring:
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Agricultural Business, Environmental Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
- Experience:
- For Regional Marketing Managers: 3+ years of proven experience in agricultural marketing within Latin America or the Middle East—with a deep understanding of local market nuances, distribution networks, and cultural norms.
- For Marketing Specialists: 1-2 years of marketing experience (agency or in-house) with a focus on digital strategy, event management, or content creation; a passion for agriculture or sustainability is highly valued.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and the primary regional language—Spanish or Portuguese for Latin America, Arabic for the Middle East. Bilingual proficiency in multiple regional languages is an advantage.
- Core Competencies: Creative problem-solving, strong project management skills, ability to collaborate cross-culturally (with teams in headquarters and local markets), and a results-oriented mindset. You should be equally comfortable drafting a digital campaign brief and negotiating a partnership with a local agricultural association.
We offer more than a job—we offer a career with purpose, where your work impacts millions of farmers and contributes to global food sustainability. Our benefits include:
- Competitive Compensation: higher than markets level
- Professional Growth: Access to global training programs (including agricultural product expertise and advanced marketing certifications), mentorship from industry leaders, and opportunities for regional or international mobility.
- Work-Life Balance: Flexible work arrangements (including remote work options for eligible roles), 25+ annual leave days, and health insurance coverage for you and your family.
- Impactful Culture: A diverse, inclusive team where your ideas are heard—whether you’re a Specialist proposing a new social media campaign or a Manager advocating for a regional partnership. We celebrate not just sales wins, but stories of farmers who have improved their livelihoods with our products.
“Working at JINFENG-SIRO has been transformative—because every campaign isn’t just about selling products; it’s about changing lives,” says Maria Lopez, our Latin America Marketing Manager. “Last year, a farmer in Argentina told me our humic fertilizer helped him recover his soybean crop after a drought. That’s the kind of impact you can drive here.”
